OMG, I lived in the Cathedral area on 41st st. All these house including Dundee area are all so familiar to me and I know of some classmates that lived there on 38th St, all of us going to St. Cecelia Grade School and Cathedral High School. Thank you for this fascinating Book.
I played on the grass at Joselyn Castle and even buried my dead parakeets under the Bird Santuary Rock there.
Bringing back so many wonderful memories including all the shops and Admiral Theather on 40th St.

Wow! Great memories for me also. I grew up on 41st and Wakeley not far from Cathedral High school. I attended St. Cecilias grade school and Cathedral high, class of 79′. We also played football on the grass at Joslyn with the families of the Higgins and Kirby’s. Thanks so much for great reading material.
